Ben Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager, Ben Chua has been working in the dental industry since 1999. He has extensive hands-on knowledge in office management, dental treatment planning, and working closely with the patient regarding care for their dental needs – believing that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. With a proven record of working with multiple dentists and their staff to create the best dental patient experience, he is regularly asked to consult on assisting dental offices improve their business and operations by providing advice and guidance on a variety of topics including office management, human resources, insurance, billing, marketing and more. Or as someone once said of him, “Ben has an ability to take a dental office from zero to hero”. Originally from the Philippines with Chinese descent, he moved to Canada in 1996 and has studied various investment and financial courses with certifications and insurance services. He obtained his Business Degree with a Minor in Accounting with distinction. In his spare time, he and his partner enjoy hiking, travel, checking out the real estate market, and exploring all the multi-cultural food options that the Lower mainland offers. Ben is fluent in Tagalog and English.
